Our online courses provide all the necessary skills and tools to enable you to confidently start sharing the many benefits of yoga and mindfulness with children and teens.

We have a variety of online courses in different formats.  

Some are on demand and you can start whenever you like.  Others are accredited hybrid courses combining the connection of live Zoom sessions with the convenience of self-paced learning. We have courses with a set start date where you receive email support, additional learning links and mentoring sessions for the duration of the course.

We offer ongoing support to all students during and after completion of all our courses.  

We have courses for those who want to teach yoga and mindfulness to children and teens professionally. 

Courses to get you started as well as courses to inspire those who are already teaching, or parents and carers who want to integrate yoga and or mindfulness into family life.  

Our Mindfulness Foundation course is ideal for those who want to learn more about mindfulness and establish a practice for themselves.

About Christiane Kerr

Christiane has been teaching yoga and mindfulness in schools for over 25 years. Accredited by both the British Wheel for Yoga and Yoga Alliance, she is also an experienced MBSR (mindfulness based stress reduction) teacher. 

She is passionate about bringing the benefits of yoga and mindfulness to as many young people as possible and believes, the earlier you can start teaching to children, the more profound the impact. 

Christiane has written six children’s yoga and mindfulness books as well as writing and producing the Calm for Kids audio series. This was first published in 2001 and has now sold over 250,00 copies worldwide.
